21.061 | Residential and offices towers Tour & Taxis ‘Lake Side’

Tour et Taxis site, in the northen part of Brussels, has been under development for many years. On one of the last remaining plot, between the Gare Maritime, a future lake and Anna Boch lane, a residential development project. An international competition in collaboration with the BMA took place to choose 6 design architects : BINST ARCHITECTS – Cobe – EFFEKT – HUB Architecture & Urbanism – POLO Architects – 3XN. They will team up with MVRDV – author of the master plan – and Bureau Bouwtechniek NV – the appointed executive architect – to make Lake Side an additional exemplary project to Tour & Taxis. Ney & Partners oversees the structural design of the new buildings.
