16.002 | Theatre building ‘De Zeepziederij’

In the remote town of Bree, an old technical institute has been redesigned into a theatre building. Part of the structure has been replaced for the main concrete cube of the theatre. The remaining functions like loges, offices, and the bar area have been retrofitted into the renovated halls. A secondary column grid was added to the existing hall as a stabilisation of the roof structure.
