The Elmen project, led by the SNHBM (Société nationale des Habitations à Bon Marché), is a large-scale project on a national scale essentially devoted to housing, in particular subsidised housing. The overall project will allow for the construction of nearly 800 housing units for a total of 1750 to 1800 inhabitants.
In this context, the ‘Maison pour Tous’ will occupy the heart of the new village. It will become the meeting place and the headquarters of the common and associative activities of the new village community.
