17.035 | School building Royal Athenaeum

Extension of the Royal Athenaeum in Gosselies. Construction of a primary school, a sports hall and a courtyard. The project is composed of three separated sections :  a classroom building mainly in CLT, a sports hall made with wood frame walls and a roof made of glued laminated timber and collaborative CLT and a covered courtyard composed of CLT off-cuts from the first building. This allows to limit the losses due to the machining and to valorize all the material.
