The tram canopies are 3 m high and 3 m wide for a length of 5 and 27.5 m respectively. The architectural challenge was to ensure smooth flows from the pedestrian paths to the tram rails, with protection against wind and snow. It was resolved through the plan arrangement of the canopy that prompts pedestrians to walk into the interior space. The use of customized steel sandwich panels as a structure ensure clarity and a seamless in its appearance while accommodating the necessary technical facilities.
