Located in the heart of the European quarter, the Monteco project is an 8-storey office building with 3 basement levels, making it the first high-rise wooden building in the Brussels region. Located on a small corner plot, the new building replaces an obsolete building. The top two floors are set back to provide space for a large terrace on the seventh floor.
