The headquarters of Baloise Insurance is designed around the concept of ecological and sustainable construction a co-development by IKO Real Estate and BPI Real Estate. Wooden is the first wooden office building of this scale in Luxembourg, as well as the second administrative building in the country to be certified under the WELL Building Standard®.
