The building consists of two wings around a central atrium. The total built usable area is 18.747 m², of which 3,000 m² reserved for co-working and 800 m² dedicated to commercial premises and restaurants. The building volume is encased in an orthogonal grid forming the façade. The façade and roof unify and highlight the clear structural grid. Architectural concrete dominates both inside and outside. The choice and design of the foundation system took into account the potential risk of soil swelling characteristic of the mudstone soil at Belval and potential water pressure.
