14.047 | Office building ‘Herman Teirlinck’

This office complex consists of a 6 level podium surmounted by a tower of 60 m. The project comprises 46,000 m² of usable space, complemented by 2 basement levels for archives and a parking lot for 311 cars. The offices are organized around glazed inner courtyards which offers a lot of natural light and pleasant views. The reinforced concrete beam and column structure is organized around a 7,2 m² grid.
