09.034 | Namur Bus Station
Ney & Partners designed a new bus station on the roof of the existing train station, which will be upgraded and finished at the same time. Facilitating the connection between rail and road transport, an efficient ‘public transportation hub’ is created. The busses will access the station on the roof thanks to a new ramp and a bridge that will be integrated in its context. At the start of this ascending road, the Leopold Square will be upgraded to become a more pleasant and urban space.
