Ney & Partners designed a new bus station on the roof of the existing train station, that was upgraded at the same time. Facilitating the connection between rail and road transport, an efficient ‘public transportation hub was created. The busses access the station on the roof thanks to a new ramp and a bridge that was integrated in its context. At the start of this ascending road, the Leopold Square was also upgraded to become a more pleasant and urban space.
