The project includes an 8 storey residential tower, a sport facility mainly underground, a 5 storey building for a kindergarten and a residential unit with underground parking for 42 cars, as well as two other residential buildings. The sport facility is below the water level and was built within a secant pile wall. The roof is a public space integrated in the park.
