Reconstruction of a mixed office and housing building. The current nine-floor building, located at the corner of Science Street and Belliard Street, will make way for a new 14 storey building with an atrium in the first five levels and a new plaza at the foot of the building, on the corner. In contrast with the small amount of public space offered by the other buildings along the street front this project will bring a new dynamic to Belliard Street.
