New cultural centre with a theatre for 450 people, 2 multifunctional halls and a foyer with cafeteria. All functions of the cultural centre are contained in a square plan. From north to south, the building is composed of three consecutive spaces: a grand Italian auditorium with a tower, a multi-functional auditorium and a sober central foyer that receives natural daylight. From East to West, the building becomes more open and contains the entrance, cafeteria, technical and service areas.
