This project is an expansion on the Portavida site, welfare campus. Three organisations (Centre for General welfare, Foster Care Limburg, Trust Centre for Child Abuse) settle together in a new building on the site of the old nursing school. The building has 7 floors of which only floor -2 is completely underground. It is a concrete structure with light-weight floor slabs (type Airdeck). The facades consist of prefabricated beams and columns with in-situ poured nodes.
