The glass canopy is designed to protect the authentic front porch sculptures designed by Rubens for his home and studio in Antwerp. As part of this project, both the porch and the garden pavilion were restored. To ensure the protection against stone erosion and pollution, it was decided to protect the porch with a glass canopy.
