Ney & Partners teams up with Neutelings Riedijk Architects for a new sustainable multi-use complex ‘Matisse 16’, Brussels (BE)

After the successful multi-use refurbishment of the Thurn & Taxis in Brussels, Ney & Partners is teaming up again with Neutelings Riedijk Architects. A new building complex with 156 residential units, 20.000m² of office space and 400 m² area of retail with 200 parking spaces is located on the outskirts of Brussels in the Bordet district near the National Airport. The new construction aims to meet the most stringent sustainability requirements. It is making optimal use of the existing qualities on the site where present structures (the former Record bank) will be re-used and extended.
