Profil
Vous avez une connaissance approfondie du logiciel de création BIM Cadwork et/ou Revit (AutoCAD, Revit, Allplan, Strakon, ou autres sont un plus).
Votre rigueur et méthodologie de travail assurent un travail exhaustif des opérations de dessin attendues et leur suivi.
Vous êtes attiré par les structures novatrices que notre bureau développe.
Vous cherchez à comprendre ce que vous modélisez, développez un avis critique permettant d’interpeller le concepteur pour d’éventuelles omissions, clashs, principes structurels, etc.
Vous aimez fournir un travail de qualité et gérez votre temps pour répondre au délai convenu.
Vous maîtrisez le français et avez une bonne connaissance de néerlandais.
Vous appréciez le travail en équipe.
Fonction
Le modeleur est responsable de la réalisation de modèles 3D et plan 2D dans un environnement BIM et de la fourniture de plans de coffrage, (de ferraillage – considéré comme un plus) et charpente bois & métallique. Il est en charge de l’intégration des différentes disciplines dans un modèle 3D coordonné, de la qualité et de la conformité des plans qu’il délivre par rapport aux informations fournies par l’architecte et/ou l’ingénieur. Il s’informe toujours sur la validité et la pertinence des informations sur base desquelles il dessine. Il travaille sous la supervision d’un chef d’équipe et d’un l’ingénieur pour lequel il délivre les documents requis pour l’étude du projet.
Si vous n’êtes pas actuellement utilisateur de l’un de ces logiciels et l’environnement BIM, la formation nécessaire pourra être envisagée par nos soins.

Je hebt een grondige kennis van Cadwork BIM-software en/of Revit (AutoCAD, Revit, Allplan, Strakon, of andere zijn een pluspunt).
Je nauwgezetheid en je werkmethodologie garanderen een volledige uitwerking van de verwachte tekenverrichtingen en de follow-up daarvan
Je wordt aangetrokken door de innoverende structuren die ons bureau ontwikkelt
Je probeert te begrijpen wat je modelleert, een kritische mening te ontwikkelen die je in staat stelt de ontwerper te ondervragen over mogelijke gebreken, tegenstrijdigheden, structurele principes, enz.
Je levert graag kwaliteitswerk af en beheert uw tijd om de afgesproken deadline te halen.
Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans.
Je werkt graag in teamverband.
Functie
De modelleur is verantwoordelijk voor de realisatie van 3D-modellen en 2D-plannen in een BIM-omgeving en het leveren van bekistings-, (wapening – beschouwd als een pluspunt) en hout- & staalskeletplannen. Hij is verantwoordelijk voor de integratie van de verschillende disciplines in een gecoördineerd 3D-model, voor de kwaliteit en de conformiteit van de plannen die hij aflevert ten opzichte van de informatie die door de architect en/of de ingenieur wordt verstrekt. Hij vraagt altijd naar de geldigheid en de relevantie van de informatie waarop hij zich baseert. Hij werkt onder toezicht van een teamleider en een ingenieur voor wie hij de documenten levert die nodig zijn voor de studie van het project.
Indien je momenteel geen gebruiker bent van één van deze softwarepakketten en de BIM-omgeving, kan de nodige opleiding door ons worden overwogen.

Profile
You have a thorough knowledge of Cadwork BIM design software and/or Revit (AutoCAD, Revit, Allplan, Strakon, or others are a plus).
Your rigour and work methodology ensure that the expected drawing operations and their follow-up are carried out exhaustively.
You are attracted by the innovative structures that our office develops.
You seek to understand what you are modelling, develop a critical opinion that allows you to question the designer about possible omissions, clashes, structural principles, etc.
You enjoy delivering quality work and manage your time to meet the agreed deadline.
You are fluent in English/Dutch and have a knowledge of French.
You enjoy working in a team.
Function
The modeler is responsible for the production of 3D models and 2D drawings in a BIM environment and the provision of formwork, (reinforcement – considered a plus) and timber & steelwork drawings. He is in charge of the integration of the different disciplines in a coordinated 3d model, the quality and conformity of the plans he delivers in relation to the information provided by the architect and/or engineer. He always inquires about the validity and relevance of the information on which he draws. He works under the supervision of a team leader and an engineer for whom he delivers the documents required for the study of the project.
If you are not currently a user of one of these software packages and the BIM environment, the necessary training can be arranged by us.
