De Singelpark bridges opening, Leiden (NL)

Yesterday Alderman Ashley North opened the Lovium Bridge at the Zijlpoort and thus symbolically the 5 Singelpark bridges. The new connections have created a 6-kilometre walking route and make it possible to experience the entire park as one. Within a few months the Ankerpark, Blekerspark and Lakenpark will also be completed and the new Singelpark around the old town centre will be completely restored.
