Bridge ‘Over ‘t Broek’ accomplished, Wanssum (NL)

The new bridge in the centre of Wanssum has been open to traffic use since September 2019.  Since the complete demolition of the old bridge last spring, the reconstruction of the landscape was completed. These infrastructure works are part of the Ooijen-Wanssum area development around the Maas; they provide space for water in case of floods. Ney & Partners is responsible for the design and engineering of all the infrastructure works as part of the consortium Moeder Maas (Dura Vermeer/Ploegam) who won the Design and Build competition.
